01The challenge

Tracking shared group expenses during trips meant messy spreadsheets and hours of calculating who owes whom. Existing apps broke completely without internet — useless in transit zones or remote areas. Manual receipt entry was slow and constantly introduced errors.

02The solution

Built Splito — a glassmorphic PWA with full offline capability via an IndexedDB-powered queue that auto-syncs the moment connectivity returns. OCR via Tesseract.js reads and fills expense details from a physical receipt photo in under 3 seconds. A debt optimization engine reduces group settlements to the absolute minimum number of transactions.

01The challenge

Clinic branches had zero real-time visibility from Head Office — stock-outs of critical medical supplies were a weekly occurrence. Requisitions ran on paper, email, and chat threads, causing delayed dispatches and zero accountability. Daily manual stock counts had no central audit trail, leaving shrinkage invisible until it was too late.

02The solution

A dual-role web application (Admin + Branch User) with a live inventory dashboard, per-branch stock charts, and real-time notifications. Built a complete requisition pipeline with integrated courier tracking, an End-of-Day physical count board that auto-flags discrepancies for admin review, and an immutable ledger-based audit log that cannot be altered.

01The challenge

A product business tracked raw material and finished goods across spreadsheets with no automation. Billing was fully manual — checkout took 5 to 10 minutes and GST calculations across multiple tax slabs (CGST, SGST, IGST) were frequently wrong. No low-stock alerts meant sudden production halts, and daily report compilation consumed hours of manager time.

02The solution

An offline-first Electron desktop app with a local SQLite database — no internet required, ever. Touchscreen-friendly POS cart calculates totals and GST automatically. Role-based access (Admin / Employee), live business analytics dashboard via Recharts, real-time stock deduction on every sale, and automated End-of-Day Z-reports with a direct print pipeline.
